Chas started the week okay, homework-wise, but as the math piled up and time went on without a break, he slid back into Math Despair.
Sean came in last night, YAY and he is downstairs with Chas now, tutoring him in the Enjoyment and Confidence of Math. Welcome home Dad! Chas needs confidence, and he needs to like it, otherwise he will make us all suffer. Hopefully Sean can spend the next few weeks getting the boy to a good place.
And I have kinda cleaned the car and am doing laundry, but in a kinda "I'm sick and I feel like crap" kinda way.
We are supposed to go to a party tonight! I'll be the one blowing my nose.
TGIF!
